i actually forgot to make a blog for this place. oh well it's not too late to make one. summer isn't over though :) ok game! memory power on. as far as i remember, the group wasn't sure of where to spend weekend (April 17). yes we planned this ahead of time...but the agenda of where to go is not that clear yet up to the last minute. actually, we are not aiming for an ideal out of town. we just wanted to make ourselves busy and do something whenever the system release occurs. one way of celebrating narin since they don't have saturday o.t. (yehey!)
so what we have in mind was - option 1. go to pagsanjan falls in laguna. rent a boat for a day, option 2. splash island in binan, laguna.
obviously we end up in option 2 -si miles being the "punong abala" / the leader of the group on this trip coz of the fact that she's the only one who's familiar with the place. (pamiyar nga ba??) im not going to narrate how we lost and had a difficulty in finding ways...haha! bsta the important thing is nakarating naman kami s splash aftr 55yrs of travelling.. ayayay :) that's the reason why we so love you miles.
btw, my pals names are - bryan, rj, jasper, miles (they all work in accenture)
we came at the place at around 11am. paid 500 each for the entrance fee. we walked all over the resort to find an aircon cottage. sad to say, all are occupied, even the kubo or any kind of cottage. had no choice but to rent a locker where we can place our bags. advantage is we don't have to worry bout our valuables, disadvantage- nowhere to seat! 100pesos for 1 locker for the entire stay. after we settled, we have decided to had our lunch and then hit the pool...Ooopsss. not a pool, a slide rather.
i can say that splash island is a water version of enchanted kingdom. with the super extreme slides and other activities like zipline and wall climb. people come to this place NOT to swim at all, but to have an extreme experience just like rides in e.k.
no wonder, it made me scream so loud for just one slide. i didn't expect that it was like that but believe me if i say - you must prepare your self before you slide or else....
to sum it all up, i do enjoyed the trip. it wasn't perfect but we had so much fun :)
